The website is provided by Lopez Oliveira Educação e Tecnologia Ltda., trading as Plibon. By using it, you accept these Terms and applicable law.
2. Permitted use and responsibilities
Users must use the website lawfully, keep credentials secure and have authorization to share data and content. Unauthorized access, malware, protected-content copying, spam and bypassing Meta, WhatsApp or other channel rules are prohibited.
3. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta
Plibon may use Meta/WhatsApp APIs, but is not Meta and does not control approvals, limits, pricing or availability. Clients must follow their policies, obtain required consent and remain responsible for campaigns, messages, opt-ins and notices.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, brands, logos, designs, code and visual elements belong to Plibon or are used with permission. Clients retain their content and authorize only what is needed to provide the service.
5. Availability and limitations
We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, commercial results, third-party approvals or external API availability.
6. Suspension and changes
We may update, suspend or remove features for maintenance, security, legal compliance or user protection, and suspend access that violates these Terms or third-party policies.
